  1. MindVision Software's Installer VISE

  3. Apple Computer and MindVision Software have teamed up to make it easier for
  4. OpenDoc developers to build professional, easy to use installers for their
  5. software.
  6.  
  7. Enclosed on this CD you will find an installer built with Installer VISE from
  8. MindVision Software. This installer will install the sample OpenDoc
  9. components that are included with this CD. In addition, you will find the
  10. archive file which was used to build the installer so you can see first hand
  11. just how easy it was to set up the installer. There is also a fully working
  12. demo version of Installer VISE included so you can begin to work with the
  13. samples provided. You must purchase a license to distribute any installers
  14. you create with Installer VISE, but the demo allows you to "try before you
  15. buy".

  17. The sample installer provided is currently the recommended way to package and
  18. distribute your OpenDoc components. By using Installer VISE you will provide
  19. users with a consistent way to install OpenDoc component.
